Project Overview:

A truly magnificent 10 story (11,150 sqm) building which will pave the way for future inner city development with it being Birmingham’s First SMART building (a New Zero Carbon building) it offers contemporary, flexible office space for local business and organisations. With building management systems, HVAC, smart lighting and green energy data technology to make this project an extremely efficient and sustainable building for years to come.
