Skilling up the next generation

Since RFL’s inception, we have been working alongside Birmingham Electrical Training to deliver City & Guilds, BET, 5357 NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Technology Apprenticeships.

Each year we have taken on a minimum of two apprentices and are excited to continue doing so over the coming years.

We currently have 8 apprentices working for us at RFL.
